"Admiral Collingwood Place" Minor Amendment to an existing Site Plan

This proposed amending Site Plan Control Agreement is for the lands located at the intersections of Hurontario Street and Hume Street  as is commonly known as the "Admiral Collingwood Place" site. 

The portion of the site being reviewed under this application is approximately 0.75 hectares in area and is proposed to be developed as a six (6) storey commercial and residential building.  The building will be divided into 2737 sq.m (29,462 sq.ft) of commercial space and 127 residential dwelling units.   There will be 266 on-site parking spaces provided (158 below grade, 108 on grade) and 12 spaces on Hurontario Street. 

Please note this application is in conjunction with a Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment information to follow.
